Turns out I don't know what I want to do next 😅

I got prematurely excited about making a database, once I started reading through the material, I found myself much less excited about it. Mainly because I have done it before, although it was more network focused. There are some interesting concepts but I did not like the way the process was laid out in the book that I was reading. So I decided against it.

I'm thinking of doing some embedded programming, sounds like fun and I've always wanted to program outside the confines of an operating system. It's something I have never thought about much and have no idea where to even start.

Till I wait, I'll keep going through the language spec. I'm just over half way done. Although there are a few things I'm not understanding, I find value in familiarising myself with what's in the language. I'll be honest I'm itching to getting back into writing some Zig. I do prefer to program over reading, I guess most people are.

Might just pick something simple, just to be able to write some Zig.
